#LatinaGeeks 7-week cohort program is designed for early to mid-career Latinas and those navigating career transition, ready to develop skills, build community, and become a catalyst for change in the tech industry. The program will provide selected participants with an immersive experience where attendees understand what they bring to the tech industry and learn key fundamental skills as they navigate their careers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our no-cost virtual training will help you discover your strengths, help you in your job search, and stand out to prospective employers. Upon completion, each participant will receive a certificate of achievement, which you can add to your LinkedIn profile.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this workshop, we define what a personal brand is and why it is important to your growth and development as a leader. You will learn how to identify what makes you uniquely you, and craft a personal brand that puts you in the driver’s seat of your career and attracts more opportunities. This workshop will provide you with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to negotiate your salary and benefits. You will learn how to conduct objective market research to benchmark a target salary and benefits and learn how to articulate your personal value. In our final session, participants will deliver a 5-minute presentation to the entire cohort that outlines their learnings and receive their certification of achievement.<\/p>\n

Participants will create a presentation that integrates the skills and insights gained from one or more modules of the cohort program. Over the course of 7 weeks, you will meet once a week on Wednesdays via Zoom for 2 hours with a peer group beginning at 6:00 PM PST, each session led by expert facilitators.<\/span><\/p>\n
